The official WSDM2011 conference hotel is the Sheraton Hotel and Tower.

Situated in the heart of Kowloon, the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel and Towers is convenient-ly located for business, shop-ping, and sightseeing. Easily accessible by MTR (subway train) and only a few minutes walk to the Star Ferry. The hotel has 782 guest rooms and suites, all luxuriously comfortable with many commanding a spectacular harbour view. The Sheraton Hong Kong offers amenities and services to meet the needs of every guest, from the fully equipped health club, rooftop pool and Jacuzzis, to the finest business centre and cutting-edge meeting and conference facilities. Attending an event at our hotel, special room rates have been arranged for this event.

We have secured a limited number of rooms at a comparative discounted group rate on a first-come-first-served basis with the Sheraton Hotel and Towers. Once the supplies of rooms run out, the regular rates will apply. Therefore, do not wait and make your reservation early!

• The special group rate is as follows.
  • Deluxe Room at HK$ 1,200 + 10% service charge per person
  • Breakfast supplement at HK$120 + 10% service charge per person per day

You must make your group rate reservation on or before January 9, 2011 or before the supplies run out.

The group rate is for stay between February 6-15, 2011. If you are staying outside this period, please contact res.hongkong@sheraton.com for the room rate and reservation.

If you cancel before 3:00 PM HKT on February 3, 2011, there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel after 3:00 PM HKT on February 3, 2011, the forfeiture amount will be 100%.
